Payment Policy

Spacing is limited and seating will be guaranteed on a "First Paid, First Seated" basis. Please follow the below guidelines when paying for your events.

Registrations that are not paid within the guidelines will be cancelled unless Crops Plus has approved other arrangements in writing.
50% of total due within 14 days of registration with the balance due 31 days before event. Event begins at Noon Friday and ends at 3pm Sunday.
If you have registered within the 31 day time frame, the entire fee is due immediately.

Registrations that are not paid in this fashion will be put on-hold and cannot be guaranteed a seat at the event.

Returned Checks will be subject to a $30 fee.

You will receive an email when you submit registration and a receipt for payments made.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen events sometimes occur that prevent you from attending an event that you have paid for. Please note our policy in the event that you have to cancel your registration:

Should you not be able to attend an event you may "sell" or "transfer" your spot to someone else. This transaction should be done on your own, and you assume all responsibility for this. Once you have found someone to take your spot you must provide us, in writing, the contact information for your replacement. Due to security issues, if a person is not on our registration list on the day of the event, they will not be allowed to participate and no refunds will be granted.
If there is a waiting list for an event, we will attempt to assist you in finding a replacement. If you cannot find a replacement and must cancel your reservation, you will be granted a refund based on the below timetables:

21-31 days prior to the event	Refund less a $10 cancellation fee
11-20 days prior to the event	Refund less a $20 cancellation fee
1-10 days prior to the event	No Refunds

There are no refunds for "No Shows." You will be considered a "No Show" if you do not attend the event and do not notify us prior to the event.
If you have not paid for your seat and cancel 1-10 days prior to the event or do not show up for the event, you will be responsible for 90% of your total payment due. This payment must be received before we can accept a registration for another event.
No refunds will be issued due to perceived quality of a class or an event.
No refunds will be granted due to natural disasters, national emergencies, or Acts of God as we are still obligated to the hotel. If our venue is open, then the event will be held with no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If an event needs to be cancelled due to venue closure, no penalty fees will occur and the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
